Anggota Komisi V DPR RI, Eddy Santana Putra dan anggota DPR Komisi IV, Renny Astuti, melaksanakan kunjungan kerja ke Pemerintah Kota Palembang, Jumat (3/9/2021).
Mereka disambut oleh Wali Kota Palembang Harnojoyo beserta jajaran, di rumah dinas wali kota.
"Kunjungan kerja ini membahas rencana pembangunan Palembang tahun 2022. Kerja kami ini, kan menyerap aspirasi rakyat untuk nanti dijadikan program-progam. Mudah-mudahan keberadaan kami di DPR RI banyak membantu masyarakat yang kami wakili," kata Eddy Santana.
Eddy menyatakan saat ini sudah banyak program yang terlaksana. Antara lain program bedah rumah kurang lebih 1000 rumah yang sudah terbedah.
"Aspirasi yang sudah jalan banyak, salah satunya bedah rumah. Untuk Palembang kita targetkan bedah 500 rumah," ujar mantan wali kota Palembang dua periode (2003-2013) ini.
Dalam kunjungan kerja itu, Eddy juga mengapresiasi kinerja Wali Kota Palembang Harnojoyo. Antara lain terkait ketersediaan air bersih PDAM Tirta Musi hingga tahun 2050.
"Ya, kami juga mendukung PDAM nya. Perencanaan PDAM ini kan sampai tahun 2040-2050. Sudah bagus, tidak kekurangan lagi," kata Eddy.
Wali Kota Harnojoyo dalam pertemuan itu memaparkan tentang infrastruktur, antara lain tentang perbaikan jalan, normalisasi Sekanak Lambidaro, Sungai Bendung, pengendalian banjir.
Merespons paparan Harnojoyo, Eddy mengatakan, pihaknya akan mendorong program Pemkot ini ke pemerintah pusat.
"Kami kan Komisi V DPR RI, urusannya berhubungan dengan infrastruktur, PU. Termasuk juga seluruh jalan di Palembang akan diperbaiki," ujar Eddy Santana.
Sementara itu, anggota Komisi IV DPR RI, Renny Astuti, dalam sambutannya mengatakan, mitra Komisi IV antara lain Kementerian Pertanian, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan serta Bulog.
Renny juga menyampaikan kabar baik bagi nelayan di kawasan Keramasan, Palembang.
"Jadi, kalau di Keramasan Palembang, kemarin mereka (masyarakat) mengajukan bantuan 20 perahu, insyAllah akan terealisasi di akhir tahun 2021," ujar Renny.
Ia menambahkan, pihaknya juga sudah memberikan bantuan bibit ikan bagi masyarakat Keramasan. (*)
