Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palembang saat ini sudah menerima surat edaran dari Kemenkes RI terkait adanya penyakit gagal ginjal akut misterius yang sudah menyebar ke beberapa daerah di Indonesia.
Terkait hal ini, Dinkes Palembang sudah mulai mempersiapkan langkah-langkah penanganan sesuai arahan dari Kementerian Kesehatan.
"Kita sudah menerima edaran agar masyarakat waspada terhadap penyebaran penyakit ini. Sesuai edaran, dokter sementara ini diminta tidak meresepkan dulu obat sirup untuk anak sampai ada keputusan lagi dari pemerintah," kata Kadinkes Palembang, dr Fenty melalui Kabid , Yudhi Setiawan, Kamis (20/10/2022).
Yudi juga menambahkan, dalam surat edaran Kemenkes, faskes untuk aktif jika menerima pasien yang mengalami gejalan penurunan urine untuk segera merujuk ke rumah sakit.
"Sampai saat ini belum tahu penyebabnya. Karena itu kita harapkan warga untuk tetap waspada. Jaga anak untuk selalu di lingkungan yang bersih, makan dengan gizi yang cukup dan segera ke fasilitas kesehatan jika anak mengalami demam. Sementara ini jangan minum obat bebas dulu," kata Yudhi pula. (*)
