Pemerintah Kota Palembang dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) menyetujui Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun Anggaran 2023.
Selain itu, kedua pihak juga menyepakati Kebijakan Umum Perubahan Anggaran (KUPA) dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun Anggaran 2022.
Hal ini mengemuka dalam rapat paripurna masa persidangan ke 14, Sabtu (13/8/2022), dengan agenda penandatanganan nota kesepakatan KUA dan PPAS 2023, dan penandatanganan nota kesepakatan KUPA dan PPAS 2022.
Wali Kota Palembang H Harnojoyo dan Ketua DPRD Kota Palembang Zainal Abidin menandatangani dua nota kesepakatan itu, didampingi para wakil ketua DPRD.
Dalam sambutannya, Wali Kota Harnojoyo mengatakan, perubahan KUA dan rancangan PPAS angggaran 2023 dengn jumlah Rp4,22 triliun.
"Meningkat sebesar Rp549 miliar. Jika dibandingkan APBD dulu sebesar Rp 3,73 triliun,” ujar Harnojoyo.
Ia juga mengatakan, hasil kesepakatan bersama DPRD Palembang akan dijadikan pedoman setiap OPD dalam penyusunan anggaran kerja.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPRD Kota Palembang, Zainal Abidin, mengungkapkan, Pemkot Palembang bersama DPRD Kota Palembang juga menyepakati perubahan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran dan Plafon Prioritas Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) tahun anggaran 2022.
Disebutkan Zainal, hasil rapat bersama Badan Anggaran (Banggar), bahwa pendapatan Rp4.117.025.681.284 triliun, belanja daerah Rp4.400.179.340.482 triliun, defisit Rp283.153.659.198 miliar.
"Kemudian pembiayaan neto Rp283.153.659.198 miliar, sisa lebih anggaran tahun berkenaan nihil," kata Zainal. (*)
