Wali Kota Palembang H Harnojoyo mengajak delegasi Rakernas JKPI IX berwisata air di Sungai Musi, Jumat (4/11/2022).
Rombongan naik beberapa kapal sekitar pukul 13.40 WIB. Wakil Wali Kota Fitrianti Agustinda, Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Palembang Selviana Harnojoyo, dan sejumlah kepala OPD Palembang juga terlihat mendampingi Harnojoyo.
Di Sungai Musi, yang merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata Palembang, Harnojoyo, Fitrianti, Selviana, Harnojoyo dan beberapa delegasi menabur benih ikan.
"Ada sekitar 40.000 benih ikan yang ditaburkan di Sungai Musi. Dari beragam jenis ikan yang serig dijumpai di Kota Palembang, antara lain Sepat, Gabus, dan Seluang," kata Harnojoyo kepada awak media.
Harnojoyo menjelaskan, pelepasan benih ikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekosistem di Sungai Musi.
"Tentunya ini menghasilkan eksosistem yang meningkat baik untuk Kota Palembang," ujar Harnojoyo.
Ia menambahkan, di hari terakhir rangkaian Rakernas JKPI IX di Palembang, para peserta memang diagendakan keliling Sungai Musi.
"Ini juga sebagai wisata air, kita mengajak para tamu JKPI untuk melihat dan berlayar di atas Sungai Musi," kata Harnojoyo.
Kapal kemudian merapat ke Pulau Kemaro. Di sini dilaksanakan penanaman pohon buah-buahan.
"Betul-betul kekayaan hayati ini kita laksanakan. Mudah-mudahan ini memberikan kesan mendalam kepada para tamu Kota Palembang, punya kenangan khusus yang diceritakan kepada keluarga," kata Harnojoyo.
Terkait Pulau Kemaro, Harnojoyo menyebut Pemerintah Kota Palembang akan mengelola pulau legendaris ini menjadi destinasi wisata terbaik.
"Pemkot punya lahan 32 hektare. Sekarang DED nya sedang dikaji. Bisa saja jadi seperti kawasan Ancol," ujar Harnojoyo. (*)
