Kota Palembang melalui Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia meraih tiga penghargaan sekaligus di ajang Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN) Award 2022.
Tiga penghargaan itu pada kategori Perencanaan Kebutuhan dan Mutasi Kepegawaian, Penilaian Kompetensi, Implementasi Manajemen ASN Terbaik.
Penghargaan tersebut diserahkan oleh Kepala BKN Bima Haria Wibisana dan diterima langsung oleh Wali Kota Palembang Harnojoyo, di Hote Swarna Dwipa Palembang, Jumat (2/9/2022).
"Alhamdulillah. Kami menerima penghargaan yang diberikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas komitmen Pemkot Palembang dalam mendukung kemajuan kinerja birokrasi dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian, khususnya dalam manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN),'' ujar Wali Kota Palembang, Harnojoyo.
Meski meraih tiga penghargaan sekaligus, Harnojoyo meminta BKPSDM Palembang tidak berpuas diri.
“Jadikan penghargaan ini sebagai motivasi untuk lebih baik lagi. Prestasi ini juga harus dipertahankan,” kata Harnojoyo pula, dalam kesempatan itu juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kepala BKN dan Kepala Kantor Regional VII. (*)
