Pemerintah Kota Palembang menggelar rapat koordinasi (rakor) membahas percepatan dan penyelesaian pengurusan sertifikasi serta pembayaran bea perolehan hak atas tanah dan bangunan (BPHTB) aset milik PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam wilayah Palembang.
"Kita tadi ingin tahu juga, sudah sejauh mana penyertifikasian Pertamina. Karena ini juga sejalan dengan Korsupgah KPK. Potensinya cukup besar, di angka hampir Rp150 miliar lebih," kata Sekretaris Daerah Kota Palembang, Ratu Dewa, Rabu (7/9/ 2022).
Ia menyebutkan, ada beberapa prioritas yang dibahas dalam rapat koordinasi itu. Prioritas pertama itu di angka lebih kurang Rp17 hingga Rp28 miliar.
"Dengan catatan dokumennya itu harus dilengkapi dahulu oleh Pertamina. Kemudian ada juga prioritas kedua yang peta bidangnya sedang di proses," ujar Dewa.
Ia juga menyebutkan beberapa prioritas lainnya yang harus segera disampaikan Pertamina ke BPN.
“Prinsipnya, BPN Kota maupun BPN wilayah Sumatera Selatan menunggu kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen yang ada, setelah itu baru diproses. Termasuk pengukuran dan sebagainya,” Dewa menerangkan.
Ia mengatakan telah telah meminta kepada pihak Pertamina untuk melakukan progres tersebut secara terukur.
"Harus jelas itu judulnya, baik itu waktu penyelesaian dokumen A ataupun dokumen B, termasuk persetujuan prinsip dari Pimpinan Pertamina Pusat, tadi sudah saya sampaikan di forum. Jadi jelas Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang akan datang itu estimasinya berapa. Inilah bahan untuk penganggaran kita lewat badan anggaran di APBD induk 2023 yang akan dibahas,” demikian Ratu Dewa. (*)
