BAKOHUMAS - Guna mencegah kerumunan, Wakil Wali Kota (Wawako) Palembang, Fitrianti Agustinda gencar mensosialisasikan agar masyarakat melakukan aktivitas berbelanja dari rumah saja secara daring (online).
Sebab, jika kondisi pasar masih ramai oleh pembeli bisa saja mengakibatkan kerumunan dan memberikan celah untuk penyebaran virus corona semakin meluas.
"Contohnya untuk masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar Pasar Kebon Semai, silakan manfaatkan layanan ini. Kita siapkan nomor telepon pedagang yang bisa dihubungi sesuai dengan jenis barang belanjaan yang dibutuhkan," ujarnya, usai meninjau Pasar Kebon Semai, Kamis (30/4/2020).
Fitri mengatakan, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Palembang mengupayakan masyarakat bisa mulai beralih untuk berbelanja sembako, sayur mayur, dan kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari lainnya, secara online melalui aplikasi pesan singkat Whatsapp, guna memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19.
Melalui PD Pasar Palembang Jaya, kata Fitria, sudah disediakan layanan pesanan online bagi masyarakat yang ingin berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari di 18 Pasar Tradisional di Palembang, seperti di Pasar Modern Plaju, Pasar Kebon Semai dan lainnya.
"Layanan belanja online ini, justru akan mempermudah masyarakat yang tidak mengharuskan datang ke pasar untuk berbelanja serta meminimalisir kerumunan warga selama Ramadhan ini tidak terjadi," jelas dia.
Selain itu, Pemkot Palembang juga mengakomodir seluruh pasar yang ada di Kota Palembang, tak terkecuali pasar yang dikelola swasta untuk bisa menerapkan hal serupa. "Mudah-mudahan seluruh pasar bisa terealisasi penerapan belanja online," harapnya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Utama PD Pasar, Abdul Rizal mengatakan, mekanisme pemesanan dimulai dengan pembeli dapat menghubungi nomor WhatsApp pedagang yang disediakan pada masing-masing pasar. Kemudian, setelah itu pembeli mengirimkan nama lengkap, alamat dan kebutuhan yang akan dibeli ke pedagang untuk diteruskan ke kurir yang disediakan PD Pasar.
"Belanja online dimulai dari pukul 06.00 hingga 09.00. Selain dengan kurir dari PD Pasar, barang yang dipesan juga bisa diantarkan oleh ojek online. Saat ini sedang melakukan penjajakan dengan perusahaan aplikator ojek online baik Gojek dan Grab akan mendukung layanan ini," ujarnya.
Lanjut Rizal, semua pesanan yang akan diantarkan oleh kurir dengan ongkos kirim Rp 10-15 ribu untuk sekali antar. "Terlepas masyarakat tetap datang atau tidak ke pasar, yang diharapkan pedagang bisa terbantukan karena barang mereka dibeli," tutupnya.
