Pemerintah Kota Palembang mengikuti Pawai Seni dan Budaya Sumatera Selatan di Terminal III Bandara Soekarno Hatta, Jumat (30/9/2022).
Acara berlangsung meriah dan dihadiri Wakil Wali Kota Palembang Fitrianti Agustinda. Hadir anggota DPR RI, Hanna Gayatri.
Kegiatan rutin setiap tahun ini bekerja sama dengan Kantor Penghubung Sumsel dan Angkasa Pura II.
Di acara ini Kota Palembang menampilkan beragam seni tarian dan lagu-lagu khasnya.
“Saya mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih karena kami telah berkesempatan membawakan tarian khas Kota Palembang. Bahkan, kita juga sudah menampilkan bermacam tarian juga lagu dan busana khas Kota Palembang,” ujar Fitrianti.
Ia berharap, kegiatan yang melibatkan pemerintah Kota Palembang dan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumsel ini dapat didukung oleh masyarakat Kota Palembang.
"Kegiatan ini juga untuk mempromosikan seni dan budaya Palembang," kata Fitrianti.
Ia menambahkan, pada November mendatang juga bakal digelar kegiatan Jaringan Kota Pusaka Indonesia (JKPI), di mana Palembang menjadi tuan rumah.
Fitrianti berharap dapat dukungan penuh dari masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat Kota Palembang.
Fitrianti juga mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan dari berbagai tokoh, salah satunya Anwar Fuadi, artis sekaligus Tokoh Budayawan Kota Palembang, di acara festival seni dan budaya di terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno Hatta ini.
“Beliau sangat konsen terhadap budaya Kota Palembang yang menjadi tradisi dapat dilestarikan agar tak tergerus zaman,” ujar Fitrianti.
Sementara itu, Tokoh Budaya Palembang, Anwar Fuadi mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Wakil Wali Kota Palembang yang telah berpartisipasi dalam acara G20.
“Kami harapkan seluruh masyarakat Indonesia terutama Sumsel, ayo kita ramaikan pagelaran Pawai Seni dan Budaya Sumatera Selatan dan budaya Kota Palembang khususnya,” kata Anwar. (*)
